If you want to look thinner than this is your solution. It is lemon, cinnamon and water. Drink it in the morning on a empty stomach before breakfast, and 30 min before going to sleep.

First boil 2 and a half cups of water, when it starts to boil squeeze half a lemon, and mix. Last put half a teaspoon cinnamon in the bowl and mix again. Leave it boiling for a few minutes and then it's ready. You can drink it warm or cold.

This helps your stomach digest better and de bloats your stomach. It helps you lose weight to. You should see results after a week, but every body is different so you may not have the same results as the other person doing this "diet" to.
