How to Wake up faster

If you have trouble waking up then use these life changing hacks. First start by putting your alarm across the room so once you get out of bed to turn it off, your body will wake up slowly but successfully and won't be able to go to sleep, at least not easily. Also have a glass of

water next to you, to drink it right after you wake, not only will it help you to wake up, but will also keep you hydrated.

Before going to sleep make sure that your bedroom is as dark as possible, and DON'T DRINK CAFFEINE, at least not after 5 PM. Also no food three to two hours before going to bed.

The best thing to do is to have a morning and night routine, and make sure to stick to it. Also try to sleep over 8 hours, this will help you with weight loss, skin, energy, and so much more. You can also keep a sleep log. But don't use any electrics before going to bed, this will help your mind concentrate on what you are doing and will help you have a better and fuller
