A quick and healthy smoothie:

This early morning or midday smoothie is so delicious and chock-full of carbohydrates, healthy fats and protein that it can keep you on for hours, and it takes just two minutes to produce. It's perfect on the go, just put it into one of your reusable cups to go. Most significantly, it often curbs the cravings and satiates appetite, and because it is so high in antioxidants (spinach and blueberries), it will help to neutralise our bodies' free radicals, improving overall safety. And it is gluten-free and vegan.

Put the ingredients below into a blender:

SERVING SIZE: 2

TOTAL TIME: 2 min.

INGREDIENTS:

1-1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup blueberries

2 cups organic spinach 1-2 dates (remove pit) 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1/2 ripe avocado 1/2 frozen banana 1 tablespoon of peanut butter And if you want 1 handful ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add almond milk to a blender. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency.

4. Pour into two cups and enjoy with your reusable straw.
