3 Ways to make an amazing, filling and healthy Smoothie

So if you are ever feeling hungry between meals but you don't want to snack here are some smoothie recipes that will boost your energy, back to the top. By the way the Ingredients are ONLY Fruit. These smoothies will not only help you win back your energy, but will also help your blood, and skin thanks to the fruit, and its Proteins.

If you want to you can freeze the Fruit before making the smoothie, but it is not necessary. The frozen fruit will only change a bit of the consistency, and it will Turn out a bit chunkier and a bit heavier.

1. Smoothie:

This one is quite simple, since they are only four ingredients. you should have 3 Oranges, 1/2 of pineapple, a few strawberries and water. The amount of water depends on you and the way you like it. Then mix it for a little while, and you are done, ENJOY!!




2. Smoothie:

This one has five Ingredients, but it is just as good. You need one banana, frozen mango chunks, pineapple which can be fresh or frozen, that is up to you. Then juice four oranges, and if you want you can add some coconut milk or water to give it an extra flavour. And there you have it another natural, and healthy smoothie to drink.





3. Smoothie

This one is a sweet and pink smoothie, but not the Starbucks kind, since this one has much less calories then the pink drink, and that's why it is soo much healthier. The ingredients are Mango, Strawberries, orange juice and if you want you can add some coconut yogurt. I would recommend cutting a cup of mango and a cup of strawberries into chunks, and freezing it. Squeeze 3 to 4 oranges, and add the coconut yogurt if you want to. Mix it up and pour it into your glass. Finally enjoy your amazing, natural, pink smoothie.
